About Us
Jennifer Cave-Smith, MS, SPHR is a skilled facilitator with over 15 years experience in human resources and training. She has extensive experience developing and delivering internal professional development programs in the hospitality, homebuilding, manufacturing, and retail industries. Jennifer has facilitated numerous workshops locally, nationally, and internationally on customer service, supervisory skills, leadership and management development, behavioral interviewing, communication, safety, and team building.
Jennifer holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Jennifer has served on the local boards of both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD). Jennifer is currently serving as the Workforce Readiness Chair for the Human Resource Management Association of Southwest Florida and is on the Horizon Council. In addition, she is a member of the Giving Alliance of Women, a special group of women who support the local community through the Cape Coral Community Foundation.
She has been selected as the 2009 HR Professional of the Year by the Human Resource Management Association of Southwest Florida.
